Cristella Ocampo
Cristella is living the American Dream. Before creating her own business, Cristella worked her way up from an administrative assistant to a tax and accounting manager, then a firm administrator. Cristella has been in the business for over 22 years.
In 2001, Cristella became a licensed Enrolled Agent so that she can better advise and represent her clients. In 2005, she opened her own business and has been focusing on making sure her clients save time and money.
When Cristella isn’t working hard to make sure all her clients needs are met, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Crizaline Nueve
Crizaline Nueve, also known as Len. In 2020 Crizaline became an Enrolled Agent. Len has worked in the tax and bookkeeping industry for over 13 years. Crizaline’s extensive knowledge includes; Offer in Compromise, Payroll, and Cannabis Taxation.
When shes not doing all she can to make sure the business runs smoothly, you can find her at home spending time with her two daughters. She also loves to cook, bake, and loves to learn more about the world, whether it be history, pop culture, or simple random facts.
Dawn Castro
Dawn Samantha Castro, often referred to as Samantha at the office, is a Registered Tax Preparer with CTEC. She has been registered with CTEC since 2014. Samantha has worked with the business since 2011. Samantha graduated from the University of California Davis in 2011 with a pre-law major in American Studies with a Law & Society emphasis.
She loves popular culture, cooking, and traveling. More often than not, if she’s not in the office working diligently on her work, she’s on the other side of the world learning about other cultures.
Maristelle Castro
Maristelle “Mar” Castro, is a Registered Tax Preparer with CTEC. She has been registered with CTEC since 2014. Maristelle has worked with the business since 2012.
Maristelle graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 2012 with a major is South and Southeast Asian Studies and a minor in Applied Language Studies. She loves to listen to music, arts & crafts, and traveling.
Colleen Kane
Colleen Kane, is our Office Assistant. Colleen has worked in the tax business for over fifteen years. Colleen has experiences with many businesses and has worked with Norcal Tax and Bookkeeping for the past three years. Colleen’s bright personality keeps a smile on both her coworkers and clients faces.
When she gets to rest at home after working hard to make sure Cristella and Crizaline are as worry free as possible, she enjoys gardening and cooking at home.
